Tai Chi is practised throughout the world as a health-promoting exercise and is ideal for anyone wishing to increase their activity levels in a gentle way. At a small cost of £4.00 per session for up to 10 sessions, why not give it a try? Times and days vary and transport can be arranged at a small extra cost. Places are limited to 10 per session so book early to avoid disappointment.
