How accessible is your information?

If so, you will be aware of the requirements stipulated by non-discrimination legislation and that under the Equality Act (formerly Disability Discrimination Act) service providers are expected to “make reasonable changes to policies, practices or procedures that make it unreasonably difficult for disabled people to use the service.”

We can produce all of your information in large print, braille or an audio format, either digital or analogue, at a reasonable price. We are not a printing service, but a registered charity whose aim is to improve the quality of life of disabled people in the community by enabling them to have the same access to as much information as everyone else.

At the same time we can enhance the reputation of your organisation and the quality of service you provide.

As part of our commercial offering, we can provide an individual, tailor-made service to convert your written material into a variety of accessible formats.

Transcription can include processing material into:

Remember !
Not everybody can access printed information.

Barriers to access include: Visual impairment, dyslexia, illiteracy or because English is not the first language.

Everybody is entitled to have equal access to information.
